Ingredients:
Salad:
- 4 cups California green seedless grapes, whole, stemmed
- 6 cups honey dew melon, peeled & seeded and cut in 1-inch cubes
- Mint Splash (recipe follows)
Mint Splash:
- 1/2 cup lime juice, fresh
Directions:
Salad:
Toss salad ingredients together. Place in clean container, label, date, initial and store refrigerated.
Mint Splash:
Whisk honey into lime juice to dissolve. Add mint. Place in clean container, label, date, initial and store refrigerated.
Serving Suggestions: Immediately before serving, toss together Grape-Melon salad and Mint Splash.
Other Notes:
This is also fun to make with 3 colors of grapes.
